Perez E. Rolle, on the surface, is a vibrant serial entrepreneur, technology enthusiast, finance and business development consultant with over 10 years in owning and operating businesses in the Bahamas. He considers himself a “business surgeon” who takes an unhealthy business and makes an endurance athlete out of it. Perez was born in Nassau, Bahamas and has spent most of his life there but holds business interest throughout the Caribbean and the USA.
Perez entered the world of business at the age of 16 where he was a partner in an industrial cleaning and maintenance company whose primary client was The Atlantis Resort and Marina. Since then, Perez has successfully started and exited several businesses across a number of sectors including Fitness/Health Supplements, mobile payments, fisheries and casino gaming supplies.
Perez’s achievements academically and in business, lead him to being the youngest person invited, at that time, to sit on the Bahamas’ National Independence Committee and its sub-committee on national development. In 2012, Perez and his partners at Hidden Treasures Consulting were contracted by a Private Bahamian Gaming Operators Group to craft, organize and execute a National Campaign called “Vote Yes” in response to a National referendum on the regulation and legitimization of the multi-million-dollar gaming industry for which legislation was successfully passed.
Perez was recognized in high school for graduating with the highest grade point average in his Nautical Science Magnet Program – the curriculum for which rivaled SUNY maritime college- which he successfully completed. He studied at the then College of The Bahamas (Now University of Bahamas) where he received an Associates of Arts Degree in Law & Criminal Justice and then went on to read for a Bachelors of Law (LLB) degree at the University of The West Indies, Cave Hill Campus.
