Erin Ferguson is an accomplished executive and media personality with 17+ years of leadership experience across industries including maritime, finance, corporate advisory, communications, hospitality, and real estate development. A graduate with honors from Howard University, Erin first rose to national prominence as Executive Producer and Host of Citizens’ Review, The Bahamas’ #1 television program, while also building entrepreneurial ventures in food & beverage, FinTech, wellness, and retail. He has held senior leadership roles such as Managing Director of the Bahamas Maritime Pilots Association, Chairman of the Steering Committee for the Bahamas Fly Fishing Industry Association, and Director of Operations for one of the largest U.S.-based civic engagement organizations, where he led nationwide operations, logistics, and capital deployment. 

Alongside his corporate and public service leadership, Erin has extensive land development and real estate experience, including large-tract subdivision projects and serving in executive roles with Real Estate Development companies Gables Development Limited and Hidden Treasures Bahamas Limited. His expertise spans capital structuring, stakeholder engagement, and navigating regulatory processes, with a proven ability to move projects from concept to execution.
